Job Description
HammondCare, based in St Leonards, NSW, is seeking a Credit Control & Debt Recovery Team Leader to drive productive debt recovery across the organisation.
The role includes supervising two direct reports, implementing compassionate debt collection aligned with our mission, and supporting operations and finance with payment terms and direct debits.
Hybrid work options are available.
The successful candidate will bring 3+ years in AR/debt collection and solid negotiation and communication skills,
