The Salvation Army Foley House is seeking a Case Manager to support residents in Footscray, VIC. This fixed‑term, full‑time role reports to the Homelessness Manager and uses person-centred, capacity‑building approaches to improve residents' health, independence and life quality.
You will work with a cooperative team to empower 45 men experiencing homelessness with complex needs, including trauma, mental health and AOD challenges, delivering trauma‑informed support and coordinated services.
