We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to support the final stages of a construction project. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality finishes and ensuring a smooth handover to the client.

Key Responsibilities:
n

Oversee all finishing trades including painting, decorating, flooring, carpentry, and snagging
n
Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion
n




Carry out detailed snagging inspections and ensure defects are resolved promptly
n
Maintain high standards of quality control across all finishing works
n
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to meet deadlines
n
Ensure health & safety regulations are followed on site
n
Assist with final handover and client inspections
n
n
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on construction projects
n
Solid eye for detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Valid CSCS card (essential)
n
SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
n
