CPB Contractors is seeking a proactive Receptionist to join our North Sydney team for a 12-month parental leave cover, starting November 2026. You will be the welcoming face for internal and external stakeholders, handling meetings, calls, emails and visitors.
Responsibilities include managing the reception area, sign-in procedures, switchboard, message passing, booking rooms, coordinating mail and couriers, and supporting day-to-day facilities tasks under the Facilities Manager.
