Parks Victoria is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver strategic and operational HR support across workforce planning, employee relations and change initiatives.
You will partner with leaders to implement people strategies, coach managers, and drive high‐performing workplace outcomes in a diverse workplace.
You will manage employee matters, coordinate HR projects, and ensure policy and statutory compliance while supporting organisational capability and culture across Parks Victoria.
