FCD Health Ltd in Darwin is seeking a Chief Operating Officer - Health Services to join our executive leadership team.
You will translate strategy into delivery, lead workforce planning, service delivery, and governance across our multi-site health organisation.
You will oversee budgets, risk management, performance reporting, and the development of high-performing teams while strengthening systems to support growth in Darwin and Palmerston.
This is a full time role based on site.
