Coleman Greig is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager on a 12-month maximum-term parental leave contract, working part time.
Reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership of an established L&D; function, partnering with senior leaders to deliver practical and commercially relevant learning initiatives.
You will lead leadership development and onboarding programs, manage CPD, and oversee the LMS with a solid focus on digital learning content.
