You will coordinate from enquiry through delivery, ensuring events exceed client expectations, while supporting restaurant and bar service in office at our waterfront venue.
The role involves hands-on coordination, administration, and customer liaison in a agile hospitality setting, with a varied Tuesday–Saturday roster and flexible scheduling to meet operational needs.
