South West Hospital and Health Service in Roma is seeking a nursing or allied health qualified for the Aged Care Assessor Senior position.
You will deliver high level clinical assessments of frail older people and carers, and determine eligibility for Commonwealth Aged Care Programs.
Based in Roma with an outreach service to facilities within our community, the role may require overnight travel.
