South Bunbury Community Aged Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Assessment Documentation Nurse for three days per week to lead AN-ACC operations at our South Bunbury residence.
The role includes assessing recent residents, guiding uplifts, and coaching the care team in accurate documentation.
You will provide orientation to AN-ACC assessors, manage DoH correspondence, and produce insightful reports.
AHPRA RN registration, robust documentation, and computer skills are essential to success.
