Amazon Australia is seeking an Operations Shift Manager to join the Heathwood Delivery Station, leading a team of associates and ensuring delivery performance.
You will drive safety, quality, attendance and performance while coordinating with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to meet business objectives.
The role requires flexibility across a 4-on/3-off pattern and physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds.
