Job Description
Sika Australia is seeking a senior in-house Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance across Australian entities, coordinating internal functions and external counsel to control cost and timing.
You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, advise management on corporate, employment, competition, regulatory and environmental matters, and lead compliance initiatives across anti-corruption, data privacy and trade compliance.
A solid governance mindset is essential.
