Cambridge GaN Devices is seeking a Director of Packaging to lead the packaging function for high-speed GaN power products.
Reporting to the VP of R&D;, the role blends strategic direction with hands-on technical leadership to advance advanced packaging technologies.
The successful candidate will design high-density packages, oversee external partners, drive qualification tests and simulations, and build a team capable of delivering scalable packaging solutions across CGD's product roadmap.
