Endeavour Foundation is seeking an Inclusive Team Leader to guide a small team during a transition from supported employment to mainstream open roles.
Based at our Victoria Point site, you will lead hands-on laundry operations and mentor four employees to develop their careers in a busy facility.
You'll foster an inclusive, secure workplace, champion empathy, and provide on-the-job training, assessments and coaching.
