Defy IT is a Brisbane-based MSP seeking a Level 1 IT Support Technician for part time work in Indooroopilly.
The role splits roughly 75% technical and 25% business support, with remote and onsite tasks and a pathway to Level 2.
You'll handle first-line support,hardware/software/networkissues, and small-business site visits while learning PSA/documentation processes.
In office travel and admin duties form part of the role.
