Silverchain is seeking a Service Delivery Team Leader to guide and support a team of care workers delivering in-home services across the Central Coast region.
This hands-on leadership role spends time in the field, driving performance, promoting secure work practices, and ensuring quality client outcomes.
The position is part time (20 hours per week) on a 12-month contract with adaptable field-based work and work-from-home options; occasional travel to our Sydney (Bella Vista) office is required.
