Positioned in the scenic Dandenong Ranges, Sky High is an iconic Melbourne destination renowned for its award-winning restaurant, breathtaking panoramic views, and exceptional dining experiences.

We offer modern Australian cuisine for lunch, dinner, weddings, private functions, and special events, maintaining a steadfast commitment to high-quality food and outstanding service.

Key responsibilities for the role typically include:

- Preparing, cooking, and presenting contemporary Australian dishes to a high standard
- Assisting with menu execution for restaurant dining, weddings, and private functions




- Maintaining strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards
- Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Managing ingredient preparation and supporting stock control as required

This full-time position offers a competitive salary package of $80,000 to $85,000 per year plus superannuation.
