Title: Business Analyst/Project Manager – HR Transformation & Process Improvement Contract or Fixed-Term Chance | Hybrid Location: Gold Coast Are you a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with people, processes and organisational change? We are partnering with a respected community-focused organisation seeking a Business Analyst to support a strategic HR transformation initiative.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project focused on reviewing and improving the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Working with senior stakeholders, you will help assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities and design future-state ways of working that are scalable, practical and fit for purpose. The Role Key responsibilities include:



Conducting stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions Mapping current and future-state business processes Reviewing policies, procedures and operational practices Identifying process gaps, risks and improvement opportunities Developing recommendations and supporting implementation planning Providing governance, reporting and project support Engaging with executive and operational stakeholders About You Strong Business Analysis experience Experience leading discovery and process review activities Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skillsA structured and analytical approach to problem solving High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations Highly RegardedHR, People & Culture or workforce transformation experience Organisational change or process improvement projects Policy and procedure review experience Exposure to project governance and reporting What's on Offer Flexible engagement options available Opportunity to influence organisational transformation High visibility across executive leadership This role would suit an experienced Business Analyst looking to work on a meaningful transformation initiative, or a BA seeking to broaden their experience into project leadership and organisational improvement.
