Job Description
Stanthorpe Hospital is seeking a Registered Midwife to join its maternity team on a four-week contract from September to early October .
Based in Stanthorpe, Queensland, this role offers the chance to work in a supportive clinical environment while maintaining flexibility around your schedule.
The position runs up to 80 hours per fortnight, with a salary range of AUD to AUD per hour.
Travel costs from Brisbane are capped at $200 each way, making the commute manageable for candidates willing to relocate temporarily.

Preferred Requirements
Current registration as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Demonstrated experience in midwifery group practice models
Competence in foetal surveillance and interpretation of cardiotocography
Practical cannulation skills and experience in intravenous access
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary maternity team
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Midwifery or equivalent qualification recognised by NMBA
Current Foetal Surveillance Education certification or willingness to complete accreditation
First Aid and CPR certification current at the time of commencement
