Job Description
FedEx in Queensland is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join the Employee Relations team.
You will lead ER/IR strategies, advise leadership and HR Partners, and manage complex workplace matters with fairness and compliance.
You will mentor HR specialists, support bargaining activities, and shape ER/IR processes aligned with regulatory requirements, while driving a culture of accountability and engagement across the organisation.
