dormakaba is seeking a Dispatch Team Leader to join our Kilargo team in Banyo, Brisbane.
You will lead a four-person despatch team in a rapid-paced warehouse, driving customer service excellence, safety, and accurate goods movement while championing continuous improvement initiatives.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will coordinate domestic and export despatch activities, manage documentation and labeling, and support inventory control.
A solid focus on safety and teamwork is essential.
