White Industries is a metal casting and machining business with large manufacturing facilities in Dalby and Ipswich, Queensland.
The HR & HSEQ Officer oversees human resources across a growing workforce and coordinates safety, compliance, and training to maintain ISO certification.
The role reports to the Head of Operations and Finance, is based onsite at Ipswich, with occasional travel to other sites, and aligns with a 38-hour production schedule.
