Job Description
The Family Co. is seeking an Early Support and Wellbeing Worker to develop, deliver and evaluate a range of early intervention, wellbeing, parenting and community programs for children, young people and families.
You will collaborate with schools, community organisations and government agencies to identify needs, strengthen referral pathways and monitor outcomes, while maintaining confidential client records and upholding child protection obligations.
