The Suites at Wickham House, Spring Hill, a boutique psychology and psychiatry practice, is expanding to Ipswich.
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, growth and P&L; across both sites.
You will oversee front-of-house, admin team, and career development programs, reporting to the Clinical Director and Managing Director.
The role requires proactive leadership, calm under pressure, and hands-on involvement at both locations.
