SHEIKE is seeking a Field Boutique Leader to support multiple Australian boutiques with hands-on leadership, in-store coverage, and performance uplift.
You will step in as acting Store Manager during vacancies, openings and peak periods, driving sales, customer experience and operational excellence while coaching teams across the state.
This role requires travel across the state and a proven track record in retail leadership.
