Job Description
Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-regarded real estate office in Sydney's Western Suburbs.
You will manage a portfolio of ~160 properties, conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, and oversee rent arrears and lease renewals in a supportive team workplace.
Ideal candidates have property management experience, a current Certificate of Registration, a reliable car, and solid communication skills.
IRE and Property Tree experience are highly regarded.
