Cumberland City Council is seeking an asset delivery qualified to join the City Assets and Construction unit.
The role focuses on long term asset renewal planning and delivering renewal works and recent builds across multiple sites.
You will manage projects end-to-end, oversee budgets, and coordinate across disciplines.
Requirements include a Diploma in project management or building/civil construction (or equivalent), 5+ years' experience, White Card, and solid MS Office skills.
