Job Description
Stone & Wood Brewery in Murwillumbah invites an experienced Brewing Area Leader to drive a high‐performance team and own people, safety and quality within the brewing area.
Reporting to Brewery Manager, you will mentor two teams of shift brewers, lead continuous improvement through 5S and TPM, and manage budgeting and capital planning.
This role offers long‐term growth prospects with Lion and the chance to make a direct impact on the brewing process.
