About the Job
This role is with a builder specialising in insurance work.
You'll be responsible for attending homes affected by weather events, communicating with homeowners and managing insurance repairs from start to finish.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate online project records and reporting back to the insurance company to ensure works are documented correctly and the builder can be paid.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
A carpentry or similar trade background




Previous experience in a supervisory role with an insurance builder
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to communicate confidently with homeowners, insurers and trades
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and keep accurate records
A professional and customer-focused approach
