You will define what excellent work looks like by creating task-specific grading criteria and scoring samples with rigorous written justifications.
The role requires a background in top-brand agencies, solid typography and identity system knowledge, and exceptional written critique.
You will work with senior reviewers to refine scoring through iteration.
