Optus is seeking an Operational BPO Reporting Consultant to own end-to-end reporting across Collections and Recoveries.
You will translate data-driven insights into actions that uplift performance and support governance across offshore partner sites.
You'll develop dashboards, benchmark vendors, and lead reporting governance, partnering with operations and vendors to drive improvements and automate reporting where possible.
