Job Description
CASPA is hiring Therapeutic Care Workers on a casual basis across the Far North Coast of Recent South Wales, focusing on trauma-informed care for children, young people, and families.
The role requires availability for evening, night, and sleepover shifts and willingness to travel between CASPA's therapeutic care homes to ensure continuity of care.
Experience in disability support is highly valued, with a Diploma in Community Services or related field as a baseline qualification.
