Mater Central Queensland - Rockhampton is seeking a Clinical Nurse Team Leader for the Adult Outpatients service on a permanent full time basis at the South Brisbane Campus.
You will lead the Planned Care - Adult Outpatient team, coordinate care, mentor staff and drive high-quality, protected patient outcomes.
You will bring current AHPRA registration, 3+ years in the specialty, and solid leadership with evidence-based practice.
