Red Appointments is seeking a Division Administrator to support our electrical engineering services team in the Western suburbs.
You will handle a range of administrative, customer service and operational tasks to keep deadlines on time and on budget.
Reporting to the Division Manager, you will organise archives, invoicing, timesheets, supplier and client portals, and coordinate with Payroll, HSE and Finance.
Solid MS Office skills are essential, with experience in Greentree advantageous.
