Job Description
HCA Youth and Community Services is seeking compassionate Residential Youth Workers to support children and young people in out-of-home care.
This casual role offers advance rostering, stability, and access to emergency and ad hoc shifts, with competitive hourly rates.
You'll work with trauma-informed practices, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and help with daily living, health needs and growth prospects for at-risk youth.
