Monash Women's in Melbourne is seeking an In-Home Aged Care Specialist (Travel) to join the Community Support Options Team.
The role supports older people to live independently at home, with travel across Casey Cardinia, Greater Dandenong, Kingston and Bayside communities.
This permanent part time position offers up to 60 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, day shifts, with training provided and a solid focus on consumer-centred care for clients and their families.
