Job Description
EnergyAustralia in Melbourne is seeking a Workplace Relations Advisor for a six-month max term contract, with a hybrid mode (2–3 days in the office).
Based in Docklands, you will coach leaders, advise on performance, conduct issues and disciplinary processes, and help resolve employee relations matters within our Customer division.
Applicants should hold a tertiary HR qualification with solid HR and employee relations experience, including Enterprise Agreements and the Fair Work framework.
