FOCUS Connect is looking for a compassionate Aged Care Support Worker to help older people remain independent at home in Northen Sydney and surrounding areas.
You will deliver personal care, light domestic tasks, and social support, helping clients stay connected with their community.
Work is part time hours/week) across Monday, Wednesday and Friday, in Normanhurst, Turramurra, Pymble and Hornsby area, with a focus on building trusting relationships and reliable, local support.
