Metcash Trading Limited, via its Tait Mitre 10 Tooronga store, is seeking an experienced Trade Sales Supervisor to lead the trade sales operations and day-to-day store performance.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage the trade department and drive operational excellence in a rapid-paced hardware workplace.
You will coach and develop the team, prepare rosters, oversee inventory, and promote a secure working culture while delivering outstanding customer service.
