Job Description
The Salvation Army Gosford Recovery Hub in Erina (Gosford) is seeking a values-driven AOD Case Worker to deliver day-to-day services, including assessment, referrals and case work within a recovery-oriented, person-led setting.
You will develop individual treatment plans, maintain case notes, and work with participants while collaborating with other services.
Requires Bachelor's in relevant field and NSW Driver Licence; SCHADS Level 4 pay applies.
