NextSense in NSW is seeking an End User Analyst to join our Infrastructure Services team.
You will provide first-level technical support to end users, manage IT assets, and document solutions to ensure consistent service delivery.
This is a temporary full time in office role based at Macquarie Park Headquarters.
The ideal candidate has 18+ months in IT Service Desk, solid troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of Jira, Windows 365, VPNs, AD, and mobile device management.
