Tasmanian Government, Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Hobart, is seeking a Legal Practitioner (LP1) to prosecute allocated matters as solicitor and counsel on behalf of the State of Tasmania. The role is fixed-term, full time, 2-year appointment with a 73.5 hours per fortnight pattern.
You will appear in Magistrates Court, Supreme Court and Tribunals, handle preliminary and complex criminal proceedings, and work under the Director of Public Prosecutions with eligibility for
