Kaisercraft is looking for a professional, hands-on Retail Manager to lead and develop our team in Capalaba. Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will guide your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining store presentation and driving monthly budgets.
This role is 20–25 hours per week with flexible weekend options. You will recruit, train and coach staff, manage rosters, ensure stock integrity, and support promotional initiatives in a family‑oriented setting.
