You'll be doing:

- Plan and coordinate daily job schedules for installation crews
- Liaise with customers to lock in bookings, timeframes and site access
- Keep scheduling and job management systems up to date
- Get schedule changes to field teams fast, before they hit the road
- Coordinate with suppliers so materials are in office when needed

You'll need:

- Experience in scheduling, dispatch or trade coordination (highly regarded)
- Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Confident on the phone,



comfortable when priorities shift fast
- Handy with scheduling / job management software (or quick to pick it up)
- Calm under pressure, sorts problems instead of sitting on them
