About the Role
As a Behaviour Therapist, you will work closely with children and families to develop and implement individualised behaviour support strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and contributing to individualised behaviour support plans
- Delivering evidence-based behavioural interventions
- Working with children and young people with a range of developmental and behavioural needs
- Supporting families and carers with practical strategies
- Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions where appropriate
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Collaborating with other allied health professionals and support teams
- Building strong, positive relationships with clients and their families

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in behaviour therapy, early intervention or working with children and young people (desirable)
- Knowledgeable about evidence-based behavioural intervention approaches
- Passionate about supporting children and families
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable and able to manage a caseload effectively
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Committed to professional development and delivering high-quality care
Early career professionals with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in behaviour therapy are encouraged to apply, with training, supervision and mentoring available.
