With ongoing acquisition plans, this is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Senior Accountant looking for genuine breadth, autonomy and long-term career development.

The Role

Reporting to a small, hands-on finance team, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day finance function while also contributing to the business's longer-term financial planning and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning month-end processes, financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and five-year financial planning
- Preparing BAS returns and supporting broader compliance requirements
- Preparing bank reporting and supporting compliance
- Working closely with the wider business on financial and commercial matters

About You

You'll be a technically strong and commercially minded accountant who enjoys taking ownership and working across a broad remit.

Ideally, you will have:

- CA/CPA qualification with 4-5 years' post-qualified experience
- Strong financial reporting, month-end and reconciliation experience
- Exposure to cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using Xero
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
