RetireAustralia is seeking a Case Manager (Clinical) – RN to lead resident care across Central Coast NSW villages including Tarragal Glen, Wood Glen, Forrester's Beach and Glengara. You will manage pre-entry assessments, move-in support, care planning and delivery, and external funding access.
Requires RN registration with AHPRA and a Bachelor of Nursing (or Diploma). Travel between villages, on-call as required, and a pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol testing are part of the role.
