CEVA Logistics in Truganina, VIC invites a driven Graduate Industrial Engineer to partner with regional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and boost operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with Lean and OHS&E; standards.

You will work on Lean/Kaizen projects, design and reconfigure layouts, train staff, and develop BPE tools like 5S, scheduling dashboards, and productivity reports, helping sites achieve accreditation targets and safer,
