Humanity Health Group is seeking a Registered or Provisional Psychologist to provide evidence-based psychological support to older adults in aged care facilities and community settings across Penrith and Western Sydney. The role emphasizes dementia, grief and loss, anxiety, and life-stage transitions, with a supportive multidisciplinary team and adaptable 0.6 FTE arrangement.

You will complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare
