Landscape Maintenance Assistant | Mowing, Gardening & Landscape Works

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This is a casual role with 30+ hours per week, offering stable, ongoing work across residential and commercial sites.

This role involves mowing, gardening, and landscape works. No two days are the same. You will work within a small team where your commitment and contribution will be recognised, with the opportunity to grow into a team leader role.

The Role

- Monday to Friday

- Meet on site approx 6:30am

- Same location each day

- Travel in company vehicle

Duties

- Mowing, hedge trimming & brush cutting

- Garden maintenance, pruning & plant care

- Mulching, planting & turfing

- Fencing,



retaining walls, paving & small concreting

- Garden bed installs, drainage & weed matting

Requirements

- Reliable with a strong work ethic

- Good attention to detail

- Physically fit

- Able to work in a team and independently

- Experience with power tools & equipment

- Commitment to maintaining a safe work workplace

- QLD Construction White Card

- Own transport to base

Highly regarded: Plant & weed identification/ ACDC License, landscape construction experience.

This is a long-term career position, not a short-term job.
